The Center for Organizational Health is the institutional home of Perceptional Leadership. We exist to develop, research, teach, and advance one framework — the one built around the experience of being led.
We are not building a foundation with a framework attached. We are building a leadership framework and movement with The Kimmell Foundation as the institutional backbone that makes it possible.
